What size should I get?

Check our Size Guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I change my order after checkout?

If you emailed us fast enough, maybe.
Once your order is packed or shipped, we can’t make changes. Contact support ASAP.


Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes FREE standard delivery for orders over $100.

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard: 3-7 business days

  • Express: 1-3 business days
    Processing time is same day dispatch before 2pm weekdays.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship Australia-wide only.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Check spam if you can’t find it.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of the shipping date, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@hitters.au with your order number and whether you want a return or exchange. We’ll send you the next steps.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

No. All sale and clearance items are final.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes we offer exchanges within 30 days. Once we receive your item, we’ll send out your replacement.

Is my payment secure?

Can I pick up my order?

Local pickup from Wetherill Park, Sydney is available by appointment. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
