Returns & Exchange Policy

At HITTERS, we want you to feel confident in your gear. If something isn’t the right fit, size, or style, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn & unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or scents

We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.


Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We offer exchanges within 30 days.

How it works:

  1. Submit an exchange request (details below).

  2. Send your item back to us.

  3. Once received and approved, we’ll ship out your new item.


Returns for Refund

If you’d like a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.


Non-Returnable Items

To keep things fair and hygienic, the following cannot be returned:

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Undergarments

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll fix it immediately.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and your return address

Please note: customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Processing Times

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–4 business days for inspection and approval.
We’ll notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
